ISO: Rice balls/ Italian stuffed steak rolls (substitute for bread crumbs needed)

Misc.
I have a problem I hope someone can suggest a solution to. I have a very good friend who is allergic to wheat, flour etc. She has been using rice for baking breads and buying from a health food store for some of her products. My problem is I have invited her and her husband to dinner not knowing this and I was going to make a dish that has bread crumbs as one of it main ingreadients. What can I do to substitute the bread crumb and still have the same taste and tecture to the recipe.
