Recipe(tried): Breakfast Before

Breakfast and Brunch
BREAKFAST BEFORE

8 slices of white bread, cut into cubes
1 pound bulk pork sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
10 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Prepare this recipe the night before.

Grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Place bread cubes into dish. Top with sausage, cheese, and any other desired meats or vegetables (I use green peppers chopped up).

Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper, pour over mixture in dish. Chill overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees F until puffed and center is set, about 50 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with fresh fruit, if desired.

Serves 8

This is the best breakfast food I have ever made. I serve it with fresh fruit.

Hope you all like it as much as I do
