Recipe: Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Glazed Bacon (serves 2)

Breakfast and Brunch
BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON GLAZED BACON

8 pieces of bacon, either pork or turkey
1/2 cup brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon on a shallow plate. Dredge the bacon in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, making sure both sides are well covered.

Place the bacon on the baking sheet, making sure the pieces do not touch.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Remove from the oven and allow bacon to cool before serving.

Servings: 2
