SLOW COOKER PINEAPPLE HAM BEAN POT
1 lb. cooked ham, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
2 cans (1 lb. each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (1 lb.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (1 lb.) can Texas style barbecue beans, undrained
1 (20 oz) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
ground black pepper, to taste
Combine first 9 ingredients (ham through mustard) in an electric slow cooker. Mix gently.
Cover and cook on low 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
Stir in vinegar and pepper to taste before serving.
