Recipe: Brunch Souffle

BRUNCH SOUFFLE

1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs- beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cubed (crust removed if desired)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage, drain and cool. Crumble sausage, eggs into bowl and add milk, salt, mustard & bread cubes. Mix well, add cheese, mix again, Spoon into 12x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerator over-night, remove dish from fridge. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min. or until egg mixture is set, cut into squares to serve.
