Appetizers and Snacks
BUTTER-HONEY CHICKEN TIDBITS

6 large broiler-fryer chicken thighs, boned
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry. Cut each thigh into 6-8 pieces. Refrigerate 8 hours.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine butter, honey and teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil; remove from heat, and set aside.

Sprinkle chicken pieces with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Dip each chicken piece into honey mixture and coat with sesame seeds. Place chicken pieces on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning once to brown evenly.

Reheat remaining honey mixture and serve with chicken tidbits.
