Recipe(tried): Cabbage Slaw

Salads - Assorted
The coleslaw recipe I use is very simple. Use twice as much oil and sugar as vinegar ie:

6 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onion (more or less)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (more or less)
2 or 3 tsp celery seed

Pour over dressing as follows:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar`
1/2 cup oil
1 or 2 tsp salt

Whip together to dissolve sugar and pour over cabbage mix. This slaw will save a few days.
