Recipe(tried): Cafe Rio Cilantro Dressing and Cafe Rio Pork (using salsa and brown sugar)

Recipe Collections
I have the best recipe for the CAFE RIO SALAD DRESSING. I noticed you posted a while ago, so I hope you still need it.

1 1/3 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch of cilantro
1 package ranch dressing mix
4 tbsp. salsa verde (green salsa)
2 cloves of garlic
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
juice of one lime

Mix together in the blender... and that's it!

I always make a lot and keep it in my fridge because it's the best stuff. Enjoy!

I also have a recipe for their pork. It's so simple.

CAFE RIO PORK

1 cup Pace salsa
1 cup brown sugar
pork sirloin roast (about 3-4 lbs.)

Mix salsa and brown sugar together and pour over a pork roast.

I just put mine in the crockpot on low all day. It's pretty good.

If anybody knows the recipe for the sauce that they put on the burritos, please let me know. Thanks!
