Thank You: Another Cafe Rio Pork Option (crock pot)

Hello and thenk you for this post! I LOVE the Pork salad wit hthe Tomatillo sauce, and I can't wait to try this.

The one question I have for the recipe is - How much Pork 3Lb, 4 Lb, I just don't want to make it wrong, and wish I had done it diffrently. Thank you again!
