ISO: Cafe Rio-Lime Rice?

I was so glad to find this web site with all the great Cafe Rio Recipe Ideas, I have been on a search to learn how to perfect my own homemade Cafe Rio Salad. I love their lime rice, does anyone know of a recipe like it?
