ISO: cafe rio dressing

Before Cafe Rio introduced me to their salads with the dressing, I had found the exact dressing online somewhere, I'm currently searching for it. the first time I tried the dressing I realized it was the same dressing I had found online and had been making for a couple of years. It has cilantro salsa, peppers, cream cheese, sour cream etc. but thats all I can remember if I find it again I'll try to post it here, I really want the pork recipe though can anyone find it?
