Recipe: Canning Mangoes

Preserving - Jams, Jellies
Canning Mangoes

Make a light or medium syrup, bring to a boil, place your peeled and sliced mangoes into the syrup. Simmer for 2 minutes. Pack into hot jars, leave 1/2 inch headspace. Seal, and water bath process for 15 minutes pints or 20 minutes quarts.
It takes about 3 lb. per quart.

I love mango jam !
