Recipe: Can't Fail Divinity (using marshmallow cream and pecan)

CAN'T FAIL DIVINITY

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
1 pint jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Boil sugar, water, and salt to hard ball stage (250 degrees F).

Put marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Beat until stiff and stands in peaks.

Fold in vanilla and pecans. Drop by the spoonful onto a plate or waxed paper.
