Recipe(tried): Carabanas with Hunamin Sauce (carrots and bananas in cinnamon honey sauce)

Side Dishes - Vegetables
CARABANAS WITH HUNAMIN SAUCE

6 peeled carrots, slant sliced
3 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 firm ripe banana, peeled and chunk sliced
3 tbsp honey

Steam carrots about 10 minutes with 4 Tbsp. water in tight covered sauce pan until fork pierces without severing (or Microwave with 3 Tbsp. water about 5 minutes in steam escape container). Drain carrots in colander until steam dissipates.

Saute drained carrots, on medium flame, in bubbling (not burning) butter. Like stir fry (move it around).

Add cinnamon in tiny pinches, over carrots

Add bananas when carrots begin to crust a bit.

Turn flame up. Add honey. Turn off flame. Eat
