Recipe: Caramel Covered Marshmallows

Stacie, this recipe uses Rice Krispies instead of pecans, but it seems to be you could simply substitute finely chopped pecans for the cereal. Let us know how they turn out!

CARAMEL COVERED MARSHMALLOWS

1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. caramels
1/2 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 bag large marshmallows
2 cups Rice Krispies

Melt butter, caramels, and Eagle Brand milk in saucepan.

Using a fork or a skewer, cover each marshmallow with caramel mixture and roll in Rice Krispies. Refrigerate in covered container.

Serve at room temperature.
