GRANOLA BARK
Break 1 pound vanilla- or chocolate-flavored candy coating into pieces into 3-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted; remove from heat.
Stir in 3 cups Nature Valley granola (cinnamon and raisins).
Spread on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Break into bite-size pieces. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bark.
Makes about 6 cups bark
