Soups
Hi! Here is my very favorite soup for 'yall!

CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

4 chicken bouillon cubes (I use 6 tsp. Watkins Chicken Soup Base)
6 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celer (opt) (I use!)
2-3 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
1 1/2 bags frozen mixed cauliflower/broccoli (I use fresh)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese - cubed (I use Velveeta Light)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (I use one chicken, one mushroom)

Boil water, bouillon cubes, onion, celery and potatoes for approx. 10 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables and cook an add'l 10 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Cut them into bite-size pieces if necessary. Add the 2 cans of soup. Stir in 1
pound of Velveeta cheese (cubed) until it melts. Really delicious!

Note: This makes a Dutch oven FULL!!!!

Enjoy like me!!!
