Recipe: Championship Crescents

2 cans (8 oz.each) refrigerated crescent dough
12 oz. deli-thin oven roasted turkey breast
Filling:
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup (4 oz.)shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Heat oven to 375 deg. Unroll dough; cut each triangle in half to form long triangles. Roll as directed on package for mini crescents. Place on unbaked baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Cool;slice in half lengthwise. Combine filling ingredients. Spread on bottom of each crescent; top with 1 slice turkey and crescent tops. Place on baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 minutes.
Makes 32 appetizers.
