Recipe: Ruby Tuesday's Spinach and Queso Dip Clone (2 versions)
Appetizers and SnacksRUBY TUESDAY SPINACH QUESO DIP CLONE
1 Large pkg Velveeta cheese
1 can Hot RoTel Tomatoes
1 can Mild RoTel Tomatoes
1 can Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Melt Velveeta and 2 cans RoTel in microwave.
Add soup and Spinach to cheese mixture. Heat thoroughly.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
