Recipe(tried): Cheesy Cresents!
Misc.Hi Sixkids! This recipe will WOW them too! It's great tasting AND easy, just what us mothers love, right?
Here you go.......
CHEESY CRESENTS
2 cans Cresent Rolls
1 cup sugar
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (for topping - optional)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Unroll one can of rolls, carefully not to separate seams, into a 13x9 baking dish,
slightly greased, (use a spray) squeeze seams together.
In bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese.Spread on top of cresent rolls.
On a piece of waxed paper, unroll the other can, being careful not to separate.Roll out until it will cover top of cream cheese mixture.Place them on top.
Slightly beat the egg white, and bruch on top. Sprinkle nuts on. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix the powdered sugar with the milk and drizzle on top while still warm.
