Recipe: Cherry Cream Cheese Pie (Oster Kitchen Center Manual 1981)

CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE

2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut in pieces
1/4 cup sugar
1 (10 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (22 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Whipped cream (for serving)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature.

Assemble Blender. Put eggs, cream cheese and. sugar into blender container. Cover and process at BLEND until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cherry pie filling over top of pie. Chill.

Garnish with whipped cream.

Makes 1 (10-inch) pie
