"Good hot or cold. To serve cold, bake in the cool of the morning or the night before."

2 pounds chicken wings (about 12)*
1/3 cup each lime and orange juice
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon each grated lime peel, salt and crumbled rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Place wings in 13x9x 2-inch baking pan. In small bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.

Bake on top rack of 425 degree F oven, basting once, 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and fork-tender.

*If desired, cut almost through joints for more even baking and easier eating.
