Recipe(tried): Chicken Cordon Bleu Best Crumbs (using Ritz crackers)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
I was given a recipe years ago for Cordon Bleu replacing
regular bread crumbs for Ritz crackers. Crumble the
crackers in a large zip lock bag, use rolling pin to crush.
Make sure chicken is flattened thin, stuff, roll tightly and secure w/toothpicks, then dip into egg mixture, then crumbs, twice. Before placing in oven, drop a smalll amount of margarine or butter on top of each piece, delicious
