Recipe(tried): Chicken Crispers (like Chili's) recipe, finally

I finally got the recipe for Chicken Crispers through a friend of a friend that used to cook at Chilis, as follows:

Take a few pounds of tender skinless chicken breast strips, and rinse chicken off and then soak in a covered and sealed container of regular milk for a couple hours.

Preheat fryer or pot of oil to 375 and take the chicken from the milk and dip thouroughly in McCormicks Golden Dipt batter mix.

Carefully drop each piece into the fryer but only 1 layer thick. Roll the piece in oil until it is thoroughly browned slightly and enjoy.

It worked out perfect and I have tried it a couple of times and each time everyone swears it tastes exactly like Chilis.
