Recipe: Golfer's Chicken (using Russian dressing, onion soup and apricot preserves)
Main Dishes - Chicken, PoultryGOLFER'S CHICKEN
1 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
8 oz. apricot preserves
Mix last three items. Spoon over chicken in a baking pan.
Cook in a 350 degree F oven for 30-40 minutes.
Sounds weird - didn't tell my sweetie what was in it before he ate it - he loves it!!!
