Recipe(tried): Chicken Marsala

I made this not long ago and it was great.

Carraba's Chicken Marsala
(1 serving)

Chicken breast, flattened
1 C dry marsala wine
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
salt and pepper
1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms

Add wine, salt and pepper to a hot pan. Reduce wine by 70%. Add several Tbs at a time of butter until sauce is creamy. Add hot sauteed mushrooms.

Pour over grilled chicken. I marinated the chicken breast in olive oil, s&p and garlic salt for a few hours before I grilled it. Also, the wine was a bit strong so you may not want to use that much. Good luck. Gwen-Oh, don't use jar mushrooms.
