Recipe(tried): Chicken Piccata (Lemon-Sauced Chicken)

Just wanted to let you know that I tried that Chicken Piccata (Lemon-Sauced Chicken) recipe I posted above. We had it for dinner tonight and everyone loved it! I served it with home-made lemon risotto and a Caesar salad. I would definitely make that easy chicken dish again!
