Recipe: grilled fruit and potatoes

You can always do grilled fruit. I know it sounds a little different, but its good. Do pineapple rings, or peach halves or plum halves. Let carmelize face down for a few minutes, then flip them over and grill few more minutes.

You can also grill red bliss potatoes that are cut into thick slices. I usually microwave them first to almost cook them thoroughly, then slice them into thick slices and grill them with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese when finished!

mac and cheese is always a winner!!!
