Source: Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano

Grilled chicken breast marinated in garlic, balsamic vinegar, mustard, rosemary and a touch of honey. Served with portobello mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.

You could probably tweak this recipe to resemble Biaggi's. Good-luck and let us know.

3 oz. honey
2 oz. grainy Dijon
2 oz. Dijon mustard
3.5 oz. olive oil
3.5 oz. Balsamic vinegar
4 lbs. chicken breasts
Seasonal vegetables (as needed)
