BALSAMIC MARINATED CHICKEN
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for up to 1/2 hour.
WHEN READY TO COOK:
Preheat grill.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the excess marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is tender and no pink remains.
