Recipe: Chicken Wraps

Hi Jann :) I have not tried this yet but will be doing so this week for dinner.......lol my DH will be my test taster (as he terms himself)

I thought of using the green tortillas, coating each with a seasoned cream cheese and then taking canned white chicken (drained well) adding some diced celery, green onion, dried cranberries, and maybe some oven toasted pecans. Put the ckicken mixture on the tortilla with the cream cheese....roll it up, wrap in plastic wrap and pu it refigerator for several hours or overnight.

Trim off ends to make nice and even then cut into desired size pieces. :) DH thought it sounded good so I am going to give it a try and if turns out ok will use for Christmas open house :) I thought it would look holiday'esh :) with the red/white and green :) Some added thoughts would be maybe mix the chicken base with some cream cheese/mayo to help make moist and hold together.
