Recipe: Cranberry-Turkey Quesadillas - Dear Jann :) You are welcome

you are so very welcome :) let me know what you think of them :) I got a cookbook in the mail today.....it has a cranberry/turkey quesadillas..........kinda on the order of the wraps :)

CRANBERRY-TURKEY QUESADILLAS

1 pkg tortillas (8)
3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese (12 oz)
6 oz smoked cooked turkey, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
2 Tbsp butter melted
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Heat over to 400 degrees F.

On large ungreased cookie sheet, place 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/2 cop of the cheese over each tortilla. Top each evenly with turkey and cranberries. Sprinkle 1/4 cup remaining cheese over each. Top with remaining tortillas.

In small bowl, mix melted butter and chopped parsley. Brush butter mix over tops of each filled tortilla.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to turn light golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
