I have not tried this recipe but I love their Fajitas although I've never had the salad :)

Marinade:

1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp Veg oil
1 lg clove garlic pressed
3 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
dash onion powder

Combine all ingredients and soak at least two hours or overnite is using steak.

1 Spanish onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Veg oil
1 tsp soy sauce
2Tbsp water
1/2 tsp lime juice
dash ground black pepper
dash salt

Once marinated preheat bbq or stove top grill to high. Saute onin slices in oil for 5 mins. Combine soy sauce, water and lime juice in a small bowl and pour over onions. Add black pepper and saute until translucent and salt to taste.

Grill the meat for 4-5 mins per side. Slice into thin strips.
