Recipe: Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
Misc.Sounds like a strange combination but it is very good! The muffins come out nice and moist. Usually any recipe for a loaf bread (i.e. banana bread) will make a batch of 6 jumbo muffins.
CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN MUFFINS
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cooked canned pumpkin
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
(for the spices you can substitute pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice)
