Recipe: Orange and Honey Pull-Apart (using refrigerated crescent roll dough) (1984)

Desserts - Pastries
ORANGE AND HONEY PULL-APART

1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls*
2 tablespoons Parkay margarine or butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Remove crescent dough from can in rolled sections; do not unroll. Place sections together on cookie sheet forming a long roll. Partially cut each section into 6 slices within 1/8-inch of bottom (being careful not to cut through). Fold down alternating slices from left to right to form a loaf.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

In small bowl, combine margarine, honey and orange peel; brush over warm loaf. Serve warm.

*To use 4-oz. can crescent dough, halve the amounts of ingredients above.

Makes 6 servings
