MOLASSES GINGERBREAD COOKIES
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup milk
1/4 lb (1/2 cup) butter, melted
2 cups flour
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Mix together molasses, butter, and milk; set aside.
Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, and baking soda. Add to molasses mixture and stir to combine. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until done.
