Well, I've been eating the batches of cookies that I froze, and (surprise!) they kind of grow on you. I reheated individual cookies in the microwave, and they seem to be a bit moister. The flavor is still wonderful, and I actually like them. (The version without nuts is better).
I think they're worth a try.
