Recipe: Citrus Papaya Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
Citrus Papaya Salsa
2 papayas peeled, seeded and diced into 1/2 inch pieces
1/8 cup peeled and seeded tomatoes, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup diced red onions
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/8 cup olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Method

1.Place all ingredients into stainless steel bowl and mix thoroughly.
2.Place 1/4 of mixture into blender and puree. Pour puree mixture back with salsa and fold.
3.Adjust seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
