Hi Clea, My husband knows how to do this, so he will tell you how! Good Luck!

On one end of the coconut you will find three (3) eyes, one of these eyes will be hollow. Take an ice pick and place in on the center of one of the eyes and with some object hit the top of the ice pick, do this until the ice pick penetrates one of the eyes then use a knife or other object to open the hole in the eye up, pour the milk into a glass, break open the nut and remove the meat.
(If you do not have a ice pick a large nail will do) Hope this helps!
