Recipe(tried): Cobb Salad

Cobb Salad

1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 head iceberg, torn
2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cooked and diced
1 avocado, diced
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
Add 6 strips of bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled

Special French Dressing

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp worces. sauce
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and blend well. Put all salad ingredients in a large pasta bowl. Mix well. Add dressing and Toss.
