Recipe(tried): Black Bean Salad

BLACK BEAN SALAD

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Mix all ingredients together.

Add 1 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (I used Ken's) and cayenne pepper and chili powder to taste.

Marinate for 4 - 6 hours
