Recipe(tried): Ramen 'Oriental' Salad

Ramen 'Oriental' Salad

1 medium Napa Cabbage..
1 bunch scallions (chives and green onions work well too)
2 packgs Ramen noodles (don't use seasoning packet)
2 oz. Sesame seeds (you can use sunflower seeds if you like )
1/2 C. sliced almonds
Garlic powder

2 T. soy sauce
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1/2 C. sugar
3/4 C.olive oil

easy to do if you think in terms of 3 steps...

1. Wash drain and chop cabbage and scallions. refrigerate together.

2. Saute in oil" ramen noodles, sesame seeds, sliced almonds. Place sauteed items in container..add garlic powder and salt to taste.

3. Mix soy sauce, cider vinegar, sugar and olive oil..boil 1 minute. refrigerate.
Serving time..mix all together.
