Recipe(tried): Macaroni Salad

MACARONI SALAD

1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
salt
pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pickles (I use CLAUSSEN's Pickle Relish)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T. prepared mustard (I use Gulden's)

Cook macaroni and drain. Cool. Add the salt, pepper, eggs, celery, onion, and pickle relish. Mix together thoroughly the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Stir into macaroni mixture until well blended. Chill.
