Coffee Alaska

We had iced coffee at a resort once. They called it Cafe Alaska.

I take one tbsp instant coffee and one tbsp sugar for each cup of boiled water. Put it in the fridge and then add a scoop of ice cream when we have it (in a tall glass with a straw).
