Recipe: Frappuccino Copycat

Well, I've made this with Haagen Daz Vanilla Ice Cream, I've made it with half and half, but guess what, the best results used good old whole milk.

Fill your blender 1/3 way full with leftover cold coffee (use a REALLY good coffee freshly ground). Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. If you like Mocha this is where you add a tablespoon or two of cocoa powder. Or you can add a little bit of Vanilla, Kahlua or Amaretto if you want to alter the flavor somewhat. Add milk until you like the color. I prefer a nice deep tan. Blend on high for a minute or two. Chill well. Serve over ice.
