Recipe: Cold Seafood Pizza (using refrigerated crescent dough)

Cold Seafood Pizza
1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 bottle (8 ounces) shrimp cocktail sauce
1-2 teaspoons dill weed
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1 package (10 ounces) frozen shrimp, thawed
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375F. Roll out crescent roll dough to cover 13-inch pizza pan or stone.
Bake 11-13 minutes. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and dill weed. Spread mixture on cooled crust.
Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese. Layer shrimp, green pepper, green onions and cheese over cocktail sauce. Refrigerate before serving. Cut into wedges or squares using pizza cutter.
Yield: 12-16 appetizer servings
