Recipe: Concord Grape Coffee Cake (how to prepare grapes and recipe suggestions)

Here are some recipes to experiment with. I couldn't tell from your description if the grapes in the coffeecake are mixed into the batter or a layer in the middle or on top, under the struesel. The preparation of the grapes (removing the seeds, etc.) is probably the same as to make grape pie filling.
