Recipe: Grad Caps (dessert) and How about tacos?

Desserts - Assorted
Put out crispy shells and soft tortillas, seasoned ground beef, seasoned chicken, shredded cheese, and all the various toppings, and let people make their own. You might make some spanish rice to go with it, and a fresh corn salad, or a black bean salad.

Fruit salad is also good for pleasing all age groups.

Here's a cute idea I picked up on this site:

Grad Caps

Cap off your child's graduation party with these treats. Place a miniature peanut butter cup, bottom up, on a plate. Top with a small dollop of frosting or peanut butter, then press on a chocolate (coating) covered graham cracker. For a tassel, tightly roll up a small square of fruit leather. Cut fringe in one end and attach the other end to the center of the graham cracker with another dab of frosting or peanut butter.

Let us know what you end up serving!
