Recipe(tried): Cracked Wheat and Fruit Bread (bread machine)

Cracked wheat and fruit Bread3/4 cup cracked wheat
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried diced apricots
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teas salt
1&1/2 teas active dry yeast
1&1/4 cup boiling water
1/3 cup water
1&1/2 tbsp margarine or butter
1&1/2 cups all purpose flour
1&1/2 cups bread flourIn a large bowl combine cracked wheat,brown sugar, salt, butter and boiloing water.
Mix well and allow to cool.

Put flour in abm. Add cold water to cracked wheat and make sure it isn't overly hot. It should be luke warm. Add yeast. Set your abm for raisin bread or regular cycle, add fruit at beep. The order of ingredients may be different for your machine. This is wonderful toasted too.
