Hi Frieda,
I think the challenge you will have is that your Welbilt ABM1L23 (a 2 loaf machine) bakes 1 lb loaves so you'll need to watch the amount of batter you use. I wouldn't fill the pans more than 2/3 the first time you try then experiment from there. Be ready in case you need to remove the bread before the timer sounds - start checking at least 15 minutes before the done time. Also, don't use a timed or delayed start because the quick bread batter ingredients will spoil without refrigeration. If they don't turn out well in your machine don't be discouraged, quick breads are so easy to stir up and bake in a conventional oven that I don't think you're really gaining anything by baking them in a bread machine - it's more of a novelty.
